Cara and Mathan announced their split in April, despite Cara revealing her pregnancy soon afterwards.

But they clearly have had a change of heart, with the pregnant reality star taking to Instagram on Friday to confirm they were back together.

The news comes just a week after Cara candidly confessed that she is fearful she will suffer from postnatal depression following the arrival of her new addition.

The reality star, 28, revealed in an interview with Closer magazine that she has suffered with depression for years now and while she claims she is now much more ‘positive’, worries that could change are ‘always in the back of her head’.

Cara credited her pregnancy for easing her battle with mental health and revealed: ‘Since I’ve been pregnant, I haven’t had any breakdowns and Nathan says I’m a different person.’

She claimed having a baby feels like ‘the missing part of the puzzle’ and has helped to re-establish her positivity, but she is concerned that she could fall victim to postnatal depression following the birth of her little one.

Cara explained: ‘I worry about postnatal depression as my hormones will be all over the place, it’s always in the back of my head.’

Although she was quick to defiantly add: ‘It if happens, I’ll deal with it.’
