It’s been just a few days since Em Rusciano, Ed Kavalee and Grant Denyer debuted on 2Day FM’s embattled breakfast shift.
But the new radio trio have already found themselves in a bristly situation after they were caught playing the same segment two days in a row.
While the program is billed as a live recording, Em, Grant and Ed aired the familiar segment live on On Wednesday morning at 9.10, before replaying it at an earlier time on Thursday.

During the segment in question, newcomer Grant Denure described how he had recently pranked his wife Cheryl by pulling on her dress during a roller coaster ride.
To his dismay, the prank went awry when he accidentally exposed her breasts to gawking onlookers.
‘We were upside down, so I’ve just had a little tug and everything came out… like the whole box and dice!’

The Em, Grant and Ed show is the fifth program to feature on the Hit Network’s beleaguered Sydney breakfast show since Kyle and Jackie O departed the radio broadcaster in 2013.
Meanwhile, rumours suggest Em and Ed have been broadcasting from Melbourne, while Grant splits his time between Sydney and Bathurst.

The Hit Network has made a series of high-profile changes to its breakfast lineup since Kyle and Jackie O defected to KIIS in 2013, including turns from Merrick Watts, Jules Lund and Sophie Monk.
Dan and Maz took over the breakfast slot in January 2015 followed by Rove McManus and Sam Frost just one year later.
Due to poor ratings, Rove and Sam were moved to a later time slot before being axed altogether.
In 2017, Em Rusciano took the helm alongside co-star Harley Breen- who proceeded to quit the show a year later.
