A female solicitor is under fire after allegedly tweaking a male colleague’s nipple through his shirt.
The top state prosecutor ordered the lawyers in Newcastle to complete a sexual harassment course.
The woman is said to be ‘highly embarrassed’ over the incident, The Daily Telegraph reported.

The incident occurred in the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in broad daylight in front of other lawyers.
It has also been reported that no day drinking had happened before the incident.
A source told The Daily Telegraph that the nipple tweaking didn’t bother the male solicitor, but someone saw it and reported it as inappropriate.
‘It was just a joke, but someone saw it and reported it.’
A spokeswoman for Director of Public Prosecutions Lloyd Babb said a course was provided to staff in a regional office, The Daily Telegraph reported.
They declined to comment any further.
