Home and Away bad boy Dan Ewing has been slapped with a second apprehended violence order (AVO) in a month, this time involving his ex-wife.
Ewing, 33, was ordered by police on Saturday to stay at least 500 metres away from the home of Marni Little, who he separated from in 2015.
A friend of Ms Little’s told Daily Mail Australia there have been numerous incidents in recent months that led police to order him not to ‘stalk, harass or intimidate’ his ex-wife.
Ewing will face Manly Local Court on Tuesday, November 13, in relation to the latest AVO.
It was the second AVO to be taken out against Ewing, after he was first ordered to stay away from Ms Little’s new husband David Robertshaw.

Police issued the AVO after Ewing allegedly assaulted Mr Robertshaw during the custody exchange of his and Ms Little’s son, on October 21.
That matter is due to be heard in Manly Local Court on Tuesday.
It is understood police were called to the handover point at Neutral Bay, on Sydney’s north shore, after the actor initially refused to give up custody of his son.
The alleged incident between Ewing and Mr Robertshaw occurred as the Home and Away star was dropping off his young son after his regular Saturday night custody.
‘Dan was dropping (their son) off to Marni, but Dave went instead because she wasn’t feeling well,’ the couple’s friend Kate Fox said.
It’s understood that Ewing refused to hand over his son to Mr Robertshaw as Ms Little was not present.
After a dispute that lasted close to an hour, an altercation allegedly occurred between the child’s father and step-father.

Police were called to the handover point, at which time the dispute was resolved.
Mr Robertshaw then took the young boy and returned to the home he shares with Ms Little.
Ms Little and Ewing separated in December 2015, and it is understood the actor now has custody of his son on Wednesday and Saturday nights.
The alleged incident came just days before Ms Little and Mr Robertshaw’s wedding.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Strath Creek, in central Victoria, last Sunday.

Ms Little last week told New Idea of her excitement over her second wedding.
‘I’ve been Marni Ewing for so long now and just didn’t want that identity anymore,’ she said.
‘Dave is so wonderful with the boy and loves him like his own, so it was only a matter of time before he popped the question.’
Ewing made a cryptic social media post on Monday, just hours after his ex-wife had remarried.
Sharing a photo to Instagram, his post included a quote that read in part: ‘May all the negative energy trying to bring you down come to an end.’

He has since turned his attention to the big screen, appearing in a number of small-scale local and international movies.
In 2016 Ewing began dating actress Kat Risteska.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted both Ewing’s management and Mr Robertshaw for comment.
