Inside fashion It girl and Instagram star Nicole Warne’s elaborate wedding

She tied the knot before a host of glossy fashion friends and family in Lake Wanaka, New Zealand, earlier this year.

But if Nicole Warne, or Gary Pepper Girl’s, gorgeous Instagram snaps from the day weren’t enough, then this might whet your appetite all over again.

The 28-year-old blogger is on the cover of the latest Vogue Brides issue, wearing a series of custom-made couture gowns and bridal outfits.

She also opened up to the publication about her elaborate nuptials with Luke Shadbolt, and the five custom-made couture gowns she wore for the occasion.

Speaking about why the venue meant so much to the couple, Nicole told Vogue Australia: ‘We chose a place called Rippon Hall in Lake Wanaka, New Zealand, which is a biodynamic vineyard’.

‘We chose this venue because it has the best view of Lake Wanaka and is essentially built to host weddings.

‘It has a natural grass amphitheatre set beneath cascading mountain ranges among raw wilderness. We just felt the venue and location was a true reflection of us and how much we love nature.’

For her wedding, Nicole had not just one, but five custom-made couture wedding dresses, including one Valentino gown that took more than 930 hours to create.

In the new issue of Vogue, she is photographed with designer Toni Maticevski and alone in a series of similarly high-end pieces.

‘I wanted my skin as hydrated, plump, even and as glowing as possible, so about a month out, I committed to three treatments a week [at leading facialist in Sydney, Melanie Grant] and saw results immediately,’ she told Into The Gloss.

These included treatments like a once-monthly deep cleanse, microdermabrasion to exfoliate, buff and polish, lactic acid and niacinamide or enzyme peels, alongside vitamin infusions and light therapy.

She paired all of this with a plant-based and caffeine-free diet for two years in the lead-up to her wedding.

The bride had a haircut two weeks before the wedding, a lash lift in Bondi and teeth whitening. She also had Invisalign to make her teeth straight for the big day.
