She is known for her fit and fabulous physique.

And Jesinta Campbell (née Franklin) revealed her workout routine on Thursday during an Instagram Q&A with fans.

The 26-year-old was asked by a follower how many days a week she hits the gym, to which she replied: ‘Minimum three!’

‘But that all depends on my schedule, how I’m feeling, if I’m travelling etc,’ she added.

Jesinta explained that when she is tired or unwell she rests to allow her body time to properly rest and recuperate.

‘My general rule is to do what is possible and not to give myself a hard time if I miss a workout or can’t fit it in with a busy schedule,’ she wrote.

Another fan asked the former David Jones ambassador what her most important ‘health tip’ was, and her answer was far from typical.

‘Be kind to yourself and seek to find balance,’ she wrote back, adding that being healthy ‘isn’t [about] how you “look”, but rather how you feel’.

Jesinta also addressed body image issues, reminding her followers that images on Instagram are not ‘always a true reflection of health’.

‘So don’t aspire to look like a [picture] you see on social media,’ she added.

‘Aspire to feel energised, strong and know that you’re serving yourself the best way you can with nutrition, exercise and keeping check of your mental health and overall well-being.’
