A large company in Florida tied to the singer, via his business manager in Nashville, was seen snapping up the home last week, from the family of a late businessman local to the area, Gene Goldfarb.

The pastel pink villa stretches across more than 6,800 square feet, and hosts four bedrooms – with the master complete with summery wooden furniture and shutters, leading on to a sun-soaked terrace overlooking the sea.

The pad is the perfect place for hosting friends and family with a twin room, five-and-a-half luxury bathrooms, and a large living space, brightened up by huge windows and vibrant yellow furniture.

A second sitting room is home to a grand piano, which sits beside the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the beach – no doubt where the rocker will find inspiration for new material.

As if the seafront location was not enough, the palatial property also has its own swimming pool and spa, lined by several sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine, as well as its own elevator.

The rockstar sold his luxury New York apartment last month, but was forced to drop the price by $2 million in order to secure a buyer.

The 55-year-old originally bought the 4,031-square-foot Manhattan escape in 2015 for $12.95million and has now made a profit by selling it for a hefty $15.95million, after upgrading the abode from top to toe.

Bon Jovi is likely to be spending time at his new pad with wife Dorothea Hurley and their four children – Stephanie, 24, James, 23, Jacob, 15 and Romeo, 13.
