Meghan’s pot farmer nephew unveils full details of ‘Markle Sparkle’ weed

Meghan Markle’s nephew has revealed that the pot he is growing in her honor has a ‘very sweet, silky taste’ with a hint of Blueberry.

Tyler Dooley released full details of the ‘Markle Sparkle’, which he grows at his marijuana farm in Oregon – where growing and selling the drug is legal – and said it would give users a euphoric tingling sensation.

The $150-an-ounce strain is supposedly good for insomnia, pain and anxiety but has been engineered so that it doesn’t make users feel too hungry.

Markle’s marketing effort may help make up for him, his mom and his brother all being dropped by ITV from commentating on the wedding for Good Morning Britain.

In its online profile for the strain, Tyler described the weed as a ‘potent, albeit noble bud’.

The Markle Sparkle was developed by Tyler in Grants Pass, Oregon, a state where marijuana was made legal for recreational use in 2015.

The details were released on leafbuyer.com, an online cannabis dispensary database, days before Meghan is due to marry Prince Harry in Windsor.

Dooley, his mother, Tracey, and girlfriend flew into London this week, despite not being invited to the wedding.

The family had plans to help cover the wedding with Good Morning Britain, but ITV confirmed on Thursday that it was dropping them from media duties.

Tracey and Tyler have done a series of media interviews since the news broke of Meghan’s engagement to Prince Harry.

In the online description of Markle Sparkle, LeafBuyer.com say that ‘Noble families often inspire their country persons to craft and dedicate products to them’.

The website says: ‘For a Royal baby, a royal cheddar. For a Royal wedding, a royal weed. Markle Sparkle is a cannabis strain dedicated to the soon-to-be British Royal Meghan Markle’.

Tyler, 25, revealed earlier this year that he grows marijuana and has now unveiled full details about his strain devoted to his cousin.

The weed is being sold as part of a company Tyler set up with his mother Tracy Dooley, who was married to Meghan’s half-brother Tom Markle Jr., called ‘Royally Grown’.

It was done in partnership with a local company called Daley Organics which is run by a botanist and provided top grade soil.

The pot will cost $5 a gram and while Tyler has previously said it was so strong it will ‘blow anyone’s crown off’, the final product is actually more restrained.

The profile for the Markle Sparkle says that is has a ‘very sweet, silky taste’ with ‘notes of fresh blueberry and a unique, fruity and smooth flavor’.

It says that users will experience ‘uplifting’ and a ‘tingling body sensation of numbness’.

The profile says: ‘There is a sense of relief and euphoria that comes with the high as well. These benefits make for a great all-around versatile strain for any medical patient or recreational consumer’.

The Markle Sparkle tests has 23 per cent THC, the active ingredient in marijuana and it takes seven to nine weeks to fully flower.

The potential negative effects are that it ‘could possibly make you very tired…some users may experience a tame bit of hunger’.

The Markle Sparkle is made by crossbreeding three varieties called NYC Diesel and Northern Lights with Blueberry and a secret strain which Tyler is not revealing.

Ideally it need a lot of sunlight and not too much heat, meaning the Pacific Northwest is ideal for growing it.

Other Royally Grown products includes edibles like Markle Sparkle-infused brownies, oils and tinctures.

There will also be make-up, jewelry, bath products and an organic hemp clothing line.

The Markle Sparkle strain has already won the praise of High Times, the marijuana industry newspaper.

It’s spokesman Jon Cappetta has said: ‘If the quality of the strain matches the hype over its name, Markle Sparkle has the potential to be very lucrative.

‘Title strains like Blue Dream, Sour Diesel, or OG Kush are sought out by name across the world, and in turn can command higher rates.

‘These are decades old strains we’re talking about. If this hits in the way they are hoping, it will not only make money for years to come, it actually has the potential to outlast the marriage’.
