In an adorable video a massive black bear shows her excitement as she gets brushed by her sanctuary owner.
The video of Maddy, the Syrian-black crossbreed bear, and her owner, Susan Kowalczik, was posted on YouTube by the Orphaned Wildlife Center located in New York.
Kowalczik, who is one of the founders of the sanctuary, recorded herself brushing Maddy, one of several bears who enjoy being groomed.

During a more than 11-minute video, Maddy eventually rolls to her back with hopes that Kowalczik will brush her tummy too.
‘When Maddy raises her arms so Susan has better access….I almost died,’ the caption of the video read.
Maddy is 12 years old and she weighs 510 pounds. She lives at the sanctuary with her sister Judy.
‘She is a very sweet girl. At bedtime they all like to cuddle up to her. Her favorite food is watermelon,’ according to the center’s website.
Kowalczik, her husband, Jim, and Kerry Clair founded the center in 2012.
The mission of the center is to ‘provide safety and nurturing to animals that are truly orphaned and prepare them to be returned to a life in the wild’. The Kowalcziks have been licensed wildlife rehabilitators since 1996.
