Rihanna is attempting to offload her sprawling Los Angeles mansion little more than six-months after it was targeted by burglars.
The R&B star originally purchased the upscale Hollywood property for a reported $6,784,132 (£5.3million) in August 2017, but is now keen for a hasty sale with a minimal profit after putting it back on the market for $7,372,475 (£5.8million).
The decision to sell came after an attempted break-in by ‘obsessed fan’ Eduardo Leon, 27, who was arrested and charged after an assistant found him wondering around the property in May.

Leon had managed to slip through the complex security system before breaking into the three-storey pile, where he spent more than 12-hours waiting for the singer, who was in New York at the time of the incident.
The burglar had made himself at home in the property, unpacking a bag and even using her amenities to charge his mobile phone while wandering from room to room.
He told arresting officers he ‘just wanted to have sex’ with the singer before being tasered and taken into custody. Leon was later charged with stalking, first-degree residential burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.

Rihanna’s home has also been targeted by ten alleged gang members who have since been charged for a spate of burglaries which happened at celebrity homes across Los Angeles earlier this year.
Two of the men were among the four people who were charged in October but eight of them have been arrested in connection to the case for the first time. It is unclear which gang they are thought to belong to.
The two men who were arrested in October but who have been re-arrested now are Jshawne Daniels, 19; and Damaji Hall, 18. Daniels is accused of stealing jewelry from Rihanna’s home while she was away.
The eight new suspects were named by City News Service as Hassan Deontre Murphy, 19, Joseph Holley, 22, Lance Williams, 18, Devin Garner, 24, Ron Simmons, 20, Donnie Faizon, 21, and Elan Lamberto Gabourel, 25.
Among the stars targeted by the burglars were Rihanna, Dodgers star Yasiel Puig, Rams wide receiver Robert Woods, Lebron James and Matt Damon.
