In a much anticipated episode of the Bachelor on Thursday, Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins got intimate with brunette beauty Brooke Blurton.

After Nick, 30, told Brooke he has ‘developed a beautiful connection’ with her, he dug out a strategically hidden rose from behind the lounge and presented it to her.

After the Badger said, ‘I definitely see potential, and I hope it keeps movin’ forward’, the duo leaned in for a long and romantic kiss.

The couple at first tenderly touched lips, before coming together again for an opened mouthed passionate snog.

The smooch no doubt caused a stir off the set, as several of the Bachelor girls have already expressed their jealousy over Brooke to seems to be ‘getting all the dates’.

The kiss set off a storm on Twitter, however, with one viewer tweeting: ‘Ew close ya eyes ya dingus!’

Another viewer was more forthcoming, evidently turned off by the closeups, tweeting: ‘To the producers for this series of The Bachelor… could we calm the f*** down with those make out close ups’, and added a face-mask emoji.
