And it’s not the first time journalist turned reality star Peter Conte has made a suave switch.
Before and after appearing on the challenging Network Ten show, the 22-year-old worked for Nine as both a producer and in their digital sales department.

After graduating from UTS with a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) in 2015, Peter went on to freelance as an Associate Producer for the Nine Network.
But although promoted to a full time position in the same role the following year, it wasn’t long before Peter resigned from the job to appear on the rival network’s reality show.
With filming finished, the lovable contestant has moved back to Nine as a Digital Sales representative.

And it seems the rising star still isn’t bound to one organisation, recently writing a piece on marriage equality for Mamamia.
Opening up about his open homosexuality, Peter pleaded with the general public to vote ‘yes’ in the postal ballet.
‘If there’s anything I’ve learnt from the US election it’s that anything can happen. Please voice your support through a yes vote and help ensure marriage equality gets across the line,’ he wrote.
