She’s known for treating her children to extravagant gifts on their special day.

And it appears this year is no different for Roxy Jacenko when the PR maven celebrated her son Hunter Curtis’ 11th birthday on Tuesday.

Roxy, 44, pulled out all the stops to celebrate her son and surprised him with a very lavish present.

Hunter was gifted a $2,400 Flight Risk electric bike and also enjoyed a pizza-making cooking class for lunch with his friends for his birthday.

Roxy shared a series of images from the fun day which started with Hunter waking up to his new bike surrounded with balloons.

He also received a Goorin Bros hat from his sister Pixie as well as a Canyon push bike which retails for $2800.

Rounding out his gifts, Hunter received Rubik’s cubes, a Diary of a Wimpy Kid novels and Blox Fruits plush toy.

It comes after Roxy took to her Instagram last week to document her purchase of her new Robert Mille watch that costs $500,000.

‘Perfection,’ she captioned a snapshot of her latest jaw-dropping purchase, as well as a discreet photo of her strolling into the Sydney luxury retailer.

Roxy showed off the Richard Mille RM 037 timepiece on her wrist, which features 18K white gold and diamonds.

Roxy is also the proud owner of a $65,000 Rolex Yacht-Master Rose Gold watch,  as well as a $93,000 Rose Gold Diamond Bezel Rolex watch.

She also previously showed off her $69,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Dual Time watch.

She stores several of her expensive watches in a $1,810 Louis Vuitton travel watch case.

In an extraordinary cash splash, Roxy rounded out the day’s shopping by purchasing a further six Hermès dinner plates from the  Bleus d’Ailleurs collection.

Each dinner plate retails for $370, with Roxy calling the purchase a ‘miracle.’

‘It’s a miracle,’ she captioned her haul photo. ‘Found another 6.’

It comes after the PR maven revealed the extreme measures she goes to in order to maintain her goal weight of just 50.9kg.

She told Daily Mail Australia she is doing daily contrast therapy, which involves taking baths in warm and cold water from Monday to Friday.

This method is believed to help to improve blood circulation throughout your body.

She also does 40 minutes in an infra-red sauna each day before completing a 45-minute workout on the treadmill at speed 6 and rolling hills, as well as low-weight exercises.

Roxy also revealed she eats just one meal a day at dinner which is focused on protein only.

‘I don’t do breakfast or lunch, instead I do dinner at 7pm each day which is focused on protein only and salad,’ she explained.

‘Last night I had grilled calamari, rocket, pear and Parmesan salad. If I’m desperate for something sweet, I have dark chocolate-covered sultanas.’
