The stunning mansion, named Mandalay House, boasts spectacular views of Queensland’s sunny coast line and comes complete with three full-time staff, a cinema and a swimming pool.

Ray White Whitsunday employee Mark Beale, who is marketing the luxury rental on behalf of the owners, told Daily Mail Australia that it ‘only launched last week’, after the owners spent time ‘doing it up to make it nicer’.

The north-west facing residence is situated on the back of a national park and has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.  

The kitchen comes with a butlers pantry, ocean-front dining area and a private chef. 

A boat can also be chartered from the premises. 

Another amazing feature is the home’s waterfront which features two jet ski docks, a boat shed and a helipad. 

The home also boasts a climate-controlled cellar with dining for 12 guests, a cinema, gym and pool room and a five-car garage. 

The astonishing Mediterranean-style resort was built by its property developers Neil and Denise Murray, in 2007. 

It took three years to built, and was occupied for ten years before it was sold to Sydney-based owners in 2017.
