From intimate portraits to breathtaking landscapes, these stunning images represent the very best in wedding photography from around the world.
The eight images are all winners of the 2017 International Wedding Photographer Of The Year competition, which celebrates the work of professionals from around the world.
Among the highlights are a free-spirited couple who are captured driving off into married life in a classic convertible on the Irish coast.

First dance: This fun-filled image of a couple dancing in a beautiful field in Mike Valley, Canada, won the ‘dance floor’ category
Getting creative: Canadian photographer Jayme Lang said she was immediately drawn to the ‘clean parallel lines’
Another touching shot shows a little boy who was moved to tears at the sight of his mother, the bride, walking down the aisle.
Categories awarded include ‘from above’, ‘dance floor’ and ‘couple portrait’.
The overall winner is an awe-inspiring image of a bride walking along the banks of Cougar Creek in Canmore, Alberta, Canada, beneath a beautiful double rainbow.
Canadian photographer Erika Mann, who took the image, said: ‘Paige and Daniel had a super low key wedding, with the reception taking place in their parentís backyard, with about 25 guests.

‘Thankfully their parents have one of the most beautiful backyards in the planet, along the banks of Cougar Creek in Canmore, Alberta.
‘After a short, and unpredictable storm, we were treated to the most amazing double rainbow. Lanny and I got low into the creek bed so we could remove the houses, and simplify the frame to the rainbow, mountain and Paige, with her dress billowing in the wind.’
Competition director and professional wedding photographer Luke Simon said: ‘We live in an exciting time with technology that is allowing photographers of all genres greater scope, flexibility and expression of concepts and emotions, and none more so than Wedding Photography.
‘The IWPOTY showcases the work of Wedding Photographers worldwide and will no doubt be the new benchmark for wedding photography competitions. The IWPOTY are open to all professional wedding photographers full-time and part-time.’
