3AW star Russel Howcroft and his wife Kate Burke have put their fabulous Melbourne cottage under the hammer.

Located in prestigious Hawthorn, 6kms from the CBD, the 19th century five-bedroom, four-bathroom home has been listed with a price guide of $4.8million-$5.2million.

The advertising guru and former Channel 10 executive splashed out $1million to purchase the property in 2002 reports the Herald Sun.
