50 Cent insists he’s NOT on Ozempic while revealing 40lbs weight loss… two years after being fat-shamed over Super Bowl performance and turned into a meme

50 Cent took to Instagram Stories Wednesday, saying that his recent weight loss of more than 40 pounds is the result of time he’s spent in the gym, as opposed to taking Ozempic.

The Grammy-winning rap artist, 48, was seen in a clip for his 30.8 million followers, seated in a vehicle donning a Los Angeles Dodgers ballcap.

The In da Club rapper responded after his followers debated about how he shed the pounds in a series of social media posts he put up earlier this week looking slim.

50 Cent, whose full name is Curtis Jackson, appeared to be in a relaxed mood as he set the record straight on the weight loss speculation.

‘You want to talk about weight loss, I was in the gym, I was working the f*** out man,’ said the rapper, whose hits include Candy Shop, P.I.M.P. and If I Can’t.

He continued: ‘They’re gonna says it’s Ozempic; I was running, I was running, I was doing what I had to do, you’ve seen me on tour, I run around.’

50 Cent then got specific on actual figures, saying, ‘I was 253 pounds, I’ve came down, I’m 210 right now – tell me how you feel about it; you tell me how you feel about it later.’

The rapper then changed topics, recommended the services of criminal defense lawyer Drew Findling, who has past represented high-profile clients such as Cardi B, Offset and former President Donald Trump.

50 Cent’s comments came about two years after he was mocked on social media for weight gain during his halftime show performance at Super Bowl LVI on February 13, 2022 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

50 Cent was a part of the all-star rap ensemble that performed at the midway pint of the game, which also included Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar.

In the first portion of his segment, 50 Cent performed while suspended upside during the halftime show, reprising a bit he did in his 2003 music video for In Da Club.

Some social media users posted about 50 Cent’s appearance, and the musical artist addressed them in an Instagram post.

He said: ‘I call this teasing me, They’re just teasing me because they know I can drop the weight. That’s why I laugh with them. Fat shaming only applies when you’re ashamed of your fat. LOL.’
