911 call made by Lindsay Lohan’s father after his wife ‘attacked’ him

Lindsay Lohan’s father called 911 early Friday morning, telling the operator his wife Kate was ‘drunk’ when she smashed his cellphone and then hurled a glass candle holder at him, causing a laceration to his arm.

Kate Major Lohan, 35, was arrested at her husband’s Boca Raton, Florida, home on a charge of battery after the alleged altercation.

On his call to the police placed just minutes after the couple’s quarrel, Michael Lohan, 58, declares: ‘my wife’s drunk… she just threw a glass candle [holder] and cut my arm.’

He then goes on to elaborate that his spouse of nearly four years had been ‘drinking in a room’ prior to the violent outburst.

Major Lohan was booked into jail by the Palm Beach Counth Sheriff's Office at 3am on Friday morning following the alleged attack in Boca Raton

When the dispatcher asks if the caller requires medical attention from paramedics, he declines.

Asked if Major Lohan was separated from him, Michael replies: ‘no, she lives with me, but she’s been arrested a number of times.’

The operator then inquires if Major Lohan has weapons in the house, to which the husband says that she’s got knifes and volunteers the information that Kate had threatened him with knives in the past.

Michael then urges the emergency dispatcher to send officers to the house.

‘I’m afraid, I don’t know what she’s gonna do next,’ he says.

On Friday morning, Major Lohan was escorted into court in handcuffs and broke down in tears as she faced the judge.

Judge Ted Booras ordered that she be released under supervision. She must wear a SCRAM bracelet, which monitors alcohol levels.

‘Seems like we have a serious alcohol problem here,’ Booras said during her appearance.

Mr Lohan told police that he walked outside during the heated row. Major Lohan then threw the candle holder at him when he turned around.

He then got a cut on his arm from a piece of broken glass, the report suggests.

Major Lohan told police she did not know how her husband got the cut on his arm.

As of Friday morning she remained in jail and a lawyer isn’t listed on records.

It isn’t the first time Major Lohan has had a confrontation with law enforcement or caused concern with her actions.

The Palm Beach Post reports police took Kate Lohan into custody last August for a mental health evaluation after she and husband Michael Lohan got into an argument over their children.

Kate Lohan was accused of kicking a police officer in nearby Delray Beach in 2016.

Court records said that arrest happened during an argument with her estranged husband Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father. Kate Lohan also has children with Michael Lohan.

In March 2014, she was sentenced to eight months in jail and a year of probation for DUI.

She married Lohan immediately after her release, in October 2014.
