A teenage girl has been assaulted at a Sydney party hosted by the homeowner’s daughter while they were away.
The 16-year-old was assaulted when gatecrashers armed with knives stormed a property in Kings Langley in Sydney’s west on Tuesday night.
The girl was allegedly pushed to the ground and punched in the head before police arrived, 9 News reported.

Parents David and Sunny Murdoch arrived home from Canberra on Wednesday morning and were shocked by the news.
‘She was assaulted but some things you bring upon yourself,’ the homeowners said.
‘We’re devastated, disappointed and angry.’
A group of about 15 teenagers were captured on CCTV trying to gain entry to the party just before midnight.
Images from the scene on Wednesday morning show smashed plants, a damaged car and a letter box pulled out and thrown on the road.
A police officer was injured when he fell chasing the group of men and now requires surgery.
