Labritney Austin, 29, has been  charged in the non-fatal shooting of a 27-year-old woman as the victim streamed video live on Facebook

Chicago police have arrested a 29-year-old woman in the non-fatal shooting of a woman who streamed the assault.

Labritney Austin, 29, of University Park turned herself in a day after Tuesday’s shooting on the South Side.

Police announced Friday that she’s charged with aggravated battery by discharging a firearm.

A 27-year-old woman was streaming on Facebook live when she was shot in the arm on Tuesday afternoon.

She was arguing with Austin, who was sitting in a car at around 3pm.

The video shows Austin appearing to pull out a gun and then firing, hitting her in the arm.

An argument can be heard in the video before Austin appears fires the gun.

‘Girl who you calling a b****?’ the woman filming says.

‘Oh this b**** got a gun y’all’ she says before flipping the camera to show Austin.

‘You got a gun? What you gonna do?’ the victim says.

‘B**** I’m not worried about that gun b****’ she says.

A gunshot can then be heard and the car drives away.

‘She just shot me,’ the victim says. ‘Call 911 she just shot me.’

The woman then flips the camera back to show her crying face as she says she has been shot in the arm.

‘What I can say is we believe this to be a domestic related incident between two individuals that know each other,’ Guglielmi said.

‘We do not believe there is any threat to the public as this stemmed from an earlier interaction between the two of them.’
