Inside the $600 Golden Globes gift bags

A-listers at the Golden Globes never leave empty-handed, and this year, they found eclectic items including a trendy suitcase, socks, a ‘red carpet facial in a box’ and even a travel adapter in their swag bags.

The bags, which differ based on the gender of the recipient, contained about $600 worth of gifts. This year’s value is in keeping with last year’s price tag, but is a stark departure from the extravagant 2016 Golden Globes gift bags, which reached $1,000.

Among the offerings at the 75th Golden Globe Awards, which took place last night at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles was a Kate Spade studded leather tote with a price tag of $328—the priciest item of the evening.

In addition, guests were treated to a $10 set of deep conditioning eye masks from Karuna, a $28 lipstick by Kosas, and a L’Oréal Paris Voluminous X Fiber Mascara, which retails for $10.99.
