A former teacher’s aide who was spared prison time after pleading guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old student while her husband and children were in the house has been jailed again after allegedly violating the terms of her probation for a second time.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Kisha Nuckols on January 3 that accuses her of violating the terms of her probation by failing to register a cell phone number with the Sex Offender Registry, according to the Indy Star.
She will be held without bond until a fact-finding hearing on March 1, according to court records.
This is the second time the 40-year-old has been accused of violating her probation.

In August she admitted to drinking alcohol and using Facebook during her probation and served 30 days in Hancock County Jail. That arrest stemmed from social media use and a house visit from her probation officer.

According to the Star when officials searched Nuckols’ Facebook account during her probation they found that she had not registered it with the Sex Offender Registry.
As a part of her probation, Nuckols is required to register all of her social media accounts. She is also not allowed to consume alcohol, yet one of her Facebook photos appeared to show her holding a glass containing a frozen alcoholic beverage.
Probation officers then made a visit to Nuckols’ home where they found 14 bottles of alcohol, a red solo cup with chilled wine next to her bed and a smartphone.
Nuckols was a teacher’s aide, lifeguard and substitute teacher in the Mount Vernon School District northeast of Indianapolis when she was arrested in April 2016.
She pleaded guilty in November 2016 to a felony child seduction count and admitted to sharing explicit photos and having sex with a 17-year-old boy on multiple occasions, according to court documents.
She also admitted having inappropriate relationships and contact with at least five other current and former Mt Vernon High School students.
Victims told police Nuckols would make initial contact with them via social media sites such as Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram, and then meet them in person for sex.

Fortville police were alerted to the allegations on March 29 by an administrator with the Mt. Vernon Community School Cooperation.
According to court documents, Kisha Nuckols had sex with one 17-year-old at her Fortville home and would do so ‘at least 10 times’.
Court filings stated that Nuckols would tell the boy they had to be quiet because her husband and children were at home at the time. She also had sexual encounters in parked vehicles, with one car reportedly belonging to her own daughter.
According to court records, when questioned about the allegations by police, Nuckols confessed to having inappropriate relationships with multiple students.
At the time of her sentencing last fall, Nuckols said ‘I’ve embarrassed my family, community and schools. I never should have had relationships with students. I brought the schools into a dark spotlight.’
