Meryl Streep won Best Actress at the National Board Of Review Awards in New York on Tuesday.
The 68-year-old winner looked sophisticated chic in an all black ensemble as she took the stage to accept the prize.
And she was greeted at the podium by fellow legendary actor Robert De Niro who planted a big kiss on The Post star’s lips. The two are old pals, who famously costarred in 1978 Vietnam drama the Deer Hunter.

But the onslaught of playful insults did not end there, as Meryl continued: ‘I came over and there she was next to Spielberg, sucking up.’
‘She said “oh my god they made me sit down”,’ the awards queen recalled, noting that after commercial breaks the show runners make all attendees sit down wherever they are like a game of ‘musical chairs’.

‘Got caught mingling on the way to the loo during a commercial break,’ Mariah tweeted, ‘took the first seat available, happens to be right next to Steven Spielberg’.
She went on to explain: ‘Cut to next commercial break, guess who comes back to her seat… (me) Dear Meryl, please forgive me!!!’
Mariah went on to add: ‘(MERYL STREEP) You can take my seat any time!’
