And Lindy Klim, 40, has spoken candidly about why she places more importance on her child’s health and happiness than instantly ‘bouncing back’ to her pre-baby body.
Having recently made headlines for posting an unedited photo of her post-baby body in nothing but lingerie this Monday, Lindy told Mamamia that she hesitated before uploading the candid snap.

‘I was a little bit nervous about it to begin with,’ she confessed, adding: ‘For me, personally, it’s my fourth child, and it’s really important for me to appreciate myself and my body for what it has been able to do – especially being able to have a baby at 40.’
