‘We have Mango trees and Orange trees in our lovely green garden full of beau birds and other singing things.’

The tenants said they are willing to accept a range of non-traditional payments such as helping around the house.

And judging by the pictures, a fair bit of help might be needed.

‘Rent required is not a priority… we are looking for someone who can contribute to our pleasant environment,’ the post reads.

‘No agenda other than to help out due to the short term nature (3 weeks).’

The tenants say they will accept payment in the form of ‘cash, contraband, good deeds or an interesting personality.’
