- Two jet ski fisherman found themselves surrounded by 15 aggressive bull sharks
- They watched while the massive ocean predators gorged on a school of bait fish
- The feeding frenzy took place just moments after 4metre great white swam past
- Robert Grace said it is the first time he has seen such a feeding frenzy in 40 years
A pair of jet ski fisherman have filmed a terrifying feeding frenzy taking place directly in front of them.
Robert Grace and Jason McOll found themselves surrounded by 15 aggressive bull sharks in crystal clear water off Noosa, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
Attracted by a school of bait fish, the sharks began to gorge themselves just metres from the stunned locals, dorsal fins sticking out of the sea.

‘It would have been at around 10 or 11am and we were about 1km off shore,’ Mr Grace told The Sunshine Coast Daily.
‘There were five bait balls with a heap of sharks in each one. The bait fish were trying to hide under our skis, then the bull sharks turned up.
‘They’d all take in turns, so organised and just attacked the fish. It was pretty great to see. But I was just trying to make sure I didn’t fall off. It was pretty daunting.’

The bone-chilling experience came just minutes about the fisherman saw a 4 metre great white swim by, followed by a tiger shark of a similar size.
The nerve-wracking footage shows the smaller bull sharks savaging the school of fish, propelling themselves into the mass with mouths open.
Once they have eaten their fill they circle and turn back for more, passing under the jet ski by centimetres.
Mr Grace has been hunting big game fish in the waters off Noosa for four decades, but said it is the first time he has witnessed such a ferocious scene.
