While at the reception, Heather told Good4Utah.com that her new film Half Magic was all about the strength of women.
‘It’s celebrating women. It’s about women empowerment. It’s celebrating the feminine. I think so many movies just celebrate the masculine and violence. It’s (the movie) celebrating the femininity. I think men will be able to appreciate it too,’ she told the outlet.
Half Magic also represents her debut as a director and a writer.
