A woman was so horrified by the sight of a cockroach in her car that she veered off the road and crashed into a bridge.
The 61-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, was driving through the Jurong East Central area of Singapore when she spotted the insect in her red Mazda.
She was so repulsed by the sight of the insect scuttling around her car that she lost control of her car and mounted the pavement.

The Mazda smashed into the bottom of a flight of stone steps leading to a pedestrian bridge over the road she was driving along.
The woman, who was alone in the car, suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Ng Teng Fong General Hospital for treatment.
Her son arrived on the scene shortly after the accident.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident and the woman could face charges.

Later, photographs of the scene – showing the badly damaged Mazda smashed into the steps – prompted jokes on social media.
‘Oh I see what the driver’s trying to do. She just wanna take the overhead bridge to get to the other side. Good idea but bad move,’ one commenter said.
Kelvin Ti said: ‘The driver thought it was a new flyover?’
Allson Ng added: ‘She thought that’s the stairway to heaven’.
