She’s known as one of Hollywood’s most stylish and composed stars.
But on Monday Nicole Kidman showcased a completely different side to herself as she revealed she has a penchant for eating live bugs.
Appearing on Vanity Fair’s latest installment of Secret Talent Theatre, the 50-year-old was seen consuming four different types of micro livestock.

‘I’m here to reveal my hidden talent eating micro livestock,’ she began.
Sitting on a chair, the star stunned in a feminine dress before ingesting the living creatures.
Starting with blue coloured horn-worms, Nicole confessed that they were still alive before picking some up with a pair of chopsticks and describing the mouthful as ‘extraordinary’, ‘moist’ and ‘chewy’.
‘Just a little side note, two billion people in the world eat bugs, and I’m one of them,’ she said.
Claiming her hidden talent would allow her to win the gruelling reality TV show Survivor, the Big Little Lies star snacked on some mealworms and crickets – which she described as ‘a hairy nut’.
Other than her appetite for bugs, it appears that the rest of Nicole’s diet is quite standard.

Speaking to Food & Wine last year, the wife of Keith Urban said her favourite food was seafood from the land Down Under.
‘A fresh seafood platter with Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns, mudcrab and lobster,’ she said.
And although known for her svelte and lean physique, Nicole added that she didn’t follow any diet, but chose to follow a 80/20 lifestyle.
