The millionaire pub baron, 44, seemed to be in great spirits as he enjoyed an animated chat with his female companion outside the The Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel in Sydney.

The blonde beauty donned a thigh-grazing minidress and a khaki bomber jacket for their lunch and shielded her eyes behind chic cat-eye sunglasses.
Stu, meanwhile, kept his look casual in a navy sweater and blue shirt, which he teamed with ripped blue jeans.

It comes after Stu admitted he had no idea Sophie was going to end things with him, until she did it so publicly on Instagram.
Stu also revealed that the pair both knew their relationship was more platonic than anything for some time.
‘I sort of found out via Instagram,’ Stu claimed to radio hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli.
‘But having said that, we both knew in our hearts…. We had discussed pushing more towards a friendship.’

Stu said he had a great time with Sophie in Canada when they stayed at a luxurious ski resort over Christmas.
He explained how he came back to Australia to spend time with his four daughters while Sophie remained overseas.
After Sophie announced the split online, Stu texted her. ‘Apart from being so publicly brushed, I have no hard feelings, none whatsoever,’ Stu said.

‘She did it in a very nice way. Especially me not being in the industry. I think Soph can hold her head up really high,’ he said.
Stu and Sophie were forced to shoot down persistent split rumours and claims their romance was all for show for months during their relationship.

The former Bardot singer also brushed off criticism about their lack of PDA, telling The Kyle and Jackie O Show she isn’t a fan of public displays of affection.
