The 45-year-old and his wife Lara’s Noosa mansion has gone under contract after 18 months on the market, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

While there are no details on the buyers or the price, the property ‘going under contract’ means the Rafters have accepted an offer with the sale to be completed.
The longtime couple reportedly ‘wanted $18 million-plus’ for the seven bedroom, five bathroom beachfront property.
‘There’s been a few new barriers reached here and sales of $5m to $9m are happening more regularly, with a few over $10m now,’ Pat said in a recent interview.

‘This [his listing] is a whole different category, but $18m – that’s what we spent on it,’ he continued.
If the Rafters got what they asked for in the sale of the mansion, it would make the exchange one of the ‘all-time top half-dozen Queensland residential sales’.
The double building block was built in 2010 and designed by Byron Bay architect, John Burgess.

It is described as a ‘minimalist luxury home’ complete with a central pool, ‘two glass-fronted wings’ that face the ocean and a private path towards the beach.
Rival tennis star Thomas Muster reportedly also bid on the sprawling pad, which went to the Rafters for $9.5 million in 2006.
