Argentina great Diego Maradona was proudly cheering Tottenham on against Liverpool – and will have been delighted to see his mate Harry Kane reach 100 Premier League goals.
The World Cup-winner donned his Spurs shirt to watch the north London club gain a thrilling 2-2 draw at Anfield while England striker Kane netted a stoppage-time penalty to reach the milestone.
Maradona visited Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino in October and watched his fellow Argentine mastermind a 4-1 thrashing of Liverpool at Wembley.

Spurs presented a shirt to Maradona, who met the players and had “some nice compliments” for star striker Kane.
And the shirt was worn for the return match against the Reds on Sunday, when Maradona watched from afar.
Former Spurs great Ossie Ardiles posted the pictures on Twitter of Maradona wearing his shirt.
While English fans may never forgive Maradona for his ‘Hand of God’ in the 1986 World Cup, Spurs fans could be developing a soft spot for Diego.
