A-lister Keanu Reeves sparked the trend for sharing snaps of accidental twin meetings, after he posed in a pizza restaurant with a lookalike sitting beside him.
For some, it’s merely the clothes and hair that makes them look alike – take the two ladies stood in a queue in New York’s Central Library with bright blue hair, a mustard-coloured scarf and taupe duffel coat.
Then there’s the chaps on London undergound both rocking the same fashions; grey hoodies, cerise polo shirts and blue shorts.
However, some accidental twins really do look like they’ve been born from the same genetic pool…and fate has brought them to the same breathing space.
