Sold in the freezer aisle at the grocery store, all you have to do is pop the deep dish cookie into the microwave or oven and you’re good to go.

TJ’s got the inspiration for the cookie dish ‘from desserts we’ve seen in restaurants – desserts intended to serve an entire table.’

For those who have already tried the refrigerated cookie dough from the store, this will be similar as they used the same recipe from that which includes, real butter, brown sugar, vanilla and lots of chocolate chunks.

Considering Trader Joe’s has a cult following, of course the launch of their newest dessert is sending people into a tizzy and some people just can’t handle how excited they are.

Cheap: While most restaurants charge $8.99 or more for the dessert, you won't have to break the bank for this one, which is why people are so happy

One Twitter user responded to the breaking news saying, ‘Be still my beating heart,’ as another wrote, ‘Found my Valentine’s Day date.’

Others joked that even though it says it can serve 10, it will really only serve one or too because it’s so delicious, no one will want to share it with that many people.

Joking that the 10-person serving size is not realistic, one girl wrote, ‘I bought the deep dish cookie from Trader Joe’s and it says the serving size is 10 and I’m about to bust that myth.’

Meanwhile, someone else shared, ‘Trader Joe’s is selling a big a*s frozen cookie that “Serves 10” for $3.99 and I’m taking that as a challenge.’

He then went on to give an update to his followers, saying ‘It’s in my freezer, circumference-wise it looks like I could handle this in one sitting but also it’s about three to four cookies’ thickness so it’s all up in the air.’

In response to his hilarious play-by-play, someone replied, ‘Please keep us updated! I need to know what happens.’

Another person wrote, ‘What I’m reading is “microwavable deep dish chocolate chip cookie,” but what I’m seeing is “platter of delicious raw cookie dough.”‘

While most restaurants or chains that serve the cookie skillet dessert charge $8.99 or more, you won’t have to break the bank for this one.
