The passenger then spins the camera round to show a police car behind them waiting at the give way.
He then shouts ‘Look at them, look at them, f****** pigs. Get at it.’
Another clip shows the police car flashing their lights at their car, urging them to pull over while the passenger shouts: ‘Look at them, horrible, horrible. Just been rammed off us. Scruffy c***, stop blue lighting us. Get on, scruffy c***. Get at it.’
The passengers can also be heard repeatedly shouting out the driver’s name, saying: ‘F*** them, scruffy c**** getting smoked. Get on, get on Dobie. Show them how it’s done.

‘I hope you get slapped about in jail, little idiots, couldn’t even imagine if you hit someone going that speed.’
Nicola Brady said: ‘So you outrun the police on a 130 mph chase? The police may and have been known to take such chases cautiously when an erratic driver is going excessively over the speed limit in certain areas.
‘If they believe the driver is driving dangerously and putting the public or other road users at risk, they will back off or slow down.
‘So no, you didn’t outrun the police in a car that is no better than a pensioners scooter. They saw how much of a danger you were and backed off, otherwise that f* would have been sitting on your ass.
‘Other than the fact you could have killed someone or yourselves, you have nothing to brag about either.’
David White wrote: ‘You look like a s*** Frankie Boyle.’
And David Pringle said: ‘A Chris Evans lookalike wannabe gangster, great advert for contraception.’
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police today said: ‘We currently have a 21-year-old man from the Hartlepool area in custody on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
‘We can’t comment further at this stage.’
