An elderly woman has been freed from her vehicle, that fell five metres down a cliff in Sydney’s east, after putting the car in reverse by mistake.
The driver, believed to be in her 80s, reversed over the Malabar cliff on Monday morning, NSW Ambulance said.
Five paramedic crews, a helicopter, police and firefighters raced to the incident and freed the woman.
She’s been taken to hospital with minor injuries, NSW Police said.
