Michael Phelps is a dad again.
The Olympian announced the arrival of ‘a healthy baby boy’ on his Instagram on Tuesday along with a first photo of newborn Beckett.
The infant is shown being cradled by his big brother Boomer, who turns two in May, and wife Nicole.
‘Magical moments yesterday…’ Phelps wrote. ‘Nicole and I would like to introduce Beckett Richard Phelps to the world! We had a healthy baby boy and a healthy mama.’

He added: ‘I truly do feel like the happiest man in the world. Being able to build our family to now 4 (6 with doggies) is so incredible!’
Boomer also got in on the action with a cute snap and message on his own Instagram page.
The tot is seen holding Beckett with a little help from his famous dad.
The newborn is wrapped in a blanket and wearing a white hat as his tow-headed big brother sits in a blue sweater and beige jeans.
Boomer’s caption reads: ‘I am officially a big bro!!! All I wanna do is hold him! I can’t wait til I get to teach him so many cool things about the world!! #bigbro’.

The champion swimmer and former beauty queen Nicole tied the knot in June 2016, one month after welcoming Boomer.
They announced last August that they were expecting baby number two. The family lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Phelps, 32, is the most decorated Olympic athlete in history with a total of 28 medals spanning four Summer Olympics – Athens in 2004, Beijing in 2008, London in 2012 and Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
