The couple originally paid $8.325 million for the two apartments on levels 19 and 20 of the luxurious YVE building in Melbourne, which they then converted in one luxurious abode.
The property, which had been on the market for six years had an asking price of $10 million.

According to records from CoreLogic the property netted just $8.175 million when it was sold in August last year.
The home has a private foyer entry, six-bedrooms, and six bathrooms, and a total of 443 sqm of balcony space, reports Realestate.com.au.
The master suite of the property, which is located on the upper floor, features a walk-in wardrobe, sauna and steam room.
It also offers a guest room with an ensuite and study.

Lleyton first bought the two-level home for $8.35 million in 2002, before meeting his soap star wife.
The recently-redecorated penthouse has remained mostly unused by the Hewitt family after they moved to a waterfront mansion in an exclusive gated community in Bahamas back in 2008.

The family moved to the tax free haven so the former world number one could be closer to tournaments in the US and Europe.
In 2011, Bec and Lleyton tried to sell the property for $15 million, but there was no interest.
They tried again in 2014 with a lower asking price of $10 million, however there were still no offers.
The Hewitts – including their children Mia, 11, Cruz, eight, and Ava, six – moved back to Australia in April after buying a $12.7 million Georgian-style mansion in Toorak.
