Lara Flynn Boyle was spotted in the parking lot of a grocery store in Westwood, California on Tuesday.
The Twin Peaks actress was seen with her mouth on a bottle of Johnnie Walker Red Label while in the driver’s seat of her car.
The brunette, who wore a grey cap over her eyes, appeared to take a sip of the whisky before lighting a cigarette and driving off.
The 47-year-old actress is best known for starring on the cult hit TV show Twin Peaks then The Practice as well as dating actors Jack Nicholson and David Spade.

The star was not discreet when apparently drinking the hard alcohol while in her vehicle.
She was in clear view without tinted windows to obscure what she was doing, and she even had her window partially rolled down.
In the state of California, it is not only illegal for a driver to consume an alcoholic beverage while in a car – whether it is running or not.

But it is also illegal for a passenger to drink in a car.
The star was dressed down for her run to the store, where she also picked up a balloon.

Boyle did look better in October at the 15th Annual LA County Walk To Defeat ALS.
She wore a T-shirt on Team Winsor Pilates. Pilates instructor Mari Winsor, whose celebrity clients have included Miley Cyrus, was diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) in 2013 and told People last year that she was stepping down from her studios.

Boyle was in a relationship with Twin Peaks costar Kyle MacLachlan from 1990 to 1992.
She wed John Patrick Dee III in 1996, and divorced two years later.

Later, Boyle dated Nicholson.
They went public with their romance at the 1999 Emmys, and remained together until the end of 2000.
Her current husband is Donald Ray Thomas II, a real-estate investor, whom she married in 2006 in Texas.
