The 29-year-old model took to her Instagram stories on Thursday to document her process of getting ready in the morning – with her layering up with clothing to shield herself from the chill.

‘Count the layers. The usual routine,’ Rachael captioned the clip which showed the realities of her getting dressed in the morning since arriving in PeyongChang.
Rachael was seen starting off with thermal pair of leggings before she went on to don black trousers, a thermal top and a warm fleece.
After rummaging through her suitcase further she continued layering up with thermal socks, another pair of trousers and top.
The wintery look was completed with a bulky scarf, a beanie hat, gloves and a padded white puffa jacket.

‘These are happy tears. I am so grateful to have such a beautiful family,’ Rachel informed her followers.
Rachel is hard at work covering the Winter Olympics and on Thursday uploaded a snap flying into PeyongChang for the gig.
The model uploaded a photo of herself and daughter Violet, three, making sand castles by the sea during a family beach outing.
Wearing a black top and pink bottoms, the two kept sun safe in brimmed hats.
The beauty captioned the image: ’26 days ahead in minus 20 degrees. I’m going to miss moments like these I got to soak up just before I left!

Luckily, she will be leaving her children is much loved hands.
‘He’s very hands-on and I’m very lucky to have that support,’ she said of husband Michael Miziner.
