Disgraced former Auburn deputy mayor Salim Mehajer faces being kicked out of his luxurious Sydney mansion due to almost $20,000 in overdue rent.
Mehajer, 31, has failed to make payments on the house in Vaucluse, an exclusive suburb in Sydney’s affluent east.
His youngest sister Mary – a former Miss Lebanon Australia – has been living in the house but will be forced to return to Lidcombe in Sydney’s west if the $18,000 in rent is not paid, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Mehajer is in police custody over claims he staged a car crash as an elaborate plot to avoid appearing in court on an assault charge.
He was given 21 days to vacate the house in an order granted at the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal on Friday morning.
Mehajer had failed to make payments on the house on MacDonald Street.
Both a Rolls Royce and a BMW which Mehajer was often seen driving have been removed from the property’s garage by the owners of the cars.
The controversial property developer was seen relaxing and taking bathrobe selfies on the property’s balcony with model and business graduate Melissa Tysoe in January.
Wearing white bathrobes and designers sunglasses, the pair smiled and took selfies before sitting down for a chat and sharing a snack.

Mehajer’s alleged staged car crash accomplices faced court over the incident on Thursday.
Two brothers and their wives briefly appeared in Burwood Local Court in Sydney’s inner west charged with conspiring to cheat and defraud.
Michael Moufferrige, 28, wife Nora Anne Bush, 32, brother Elias Moufferrige, 30, and sister-in-law Fakaha Ki Malinda Moufferrige, 31, lashed out at reporters as they left the building.
Mehajer still owes $1million for a marble staircase inside his home in Lidcombe.
