The brother-in-law of Gareth Bale killed himself while being investigated by social services over his children.
Alex Williams, 29, wrote suicide notes on photographs of his toddler daughter and baby son, an inquest was told.
He and ex-model partner Katie Rhys-Jones, 24, were living in a caravan when social services were called in.
The inquest heard Alex couldn’t cope with the stress of the investigation and was found in a fume-filled car.

Car salesman Alex and Katie were due to be top-table guests when Emma and Gareth tie the knot in Italy later this year.
Alex’s father businessman Andrew Williams told the hearing in a statement: ‘He had two children with his partner of around three-and-a-half years Katie Rhys-Jones.
‘He was anxious about an ongoing social services investigation.
‘He tried to see the bright side but the levels off stress took their toll on him.’

Alex was found unconscious in a Renault Clio at the home of his grandfather Brian Jones in Cyncoed, Cardiff.

Assistant Cardiff coroner Thomas Atherton recorded a suicide verdict saying there was a ‘substantial amount of prior planning.’
He told the hearing: ‘Mr Williams was certainly concerned and stressed following the investigation of social services involved with his children.

Bale and Rhys-Jones were planning their wedding and looking at a late-summer date in 2018
‘There seems to be no other explanation – he had no history of mental health issues, no financial issues, and had employment.
‘The social services investigation must have weighed heavily on his mind.’

Alex worked at his father’s car showroom in Cardiff, valeting cars ready for customers.
He used to borrow his dad’s powder blue £250,000 Lamborghini Aventador to drive around the Welsh capital.
Alex and Katie spent last summer living in a commune in Ibiza run by an organisation called Children of the Sun.
But the pair ran out of funds and were living in a caravan near Bridgend, South Wales, when social services were brought in over concerns about the two children.
The couple were close to Gareth Bale and his fiancee Emma but rejected their materialistic lifestyle to live a hippy existence in Ibiza.
Alex’s tragic death is the latest blow to hit Real Madrid superstar Gareth, 28, and Emma, who are putting the final touches to their wedding plans.

Other relatives in Wales had their cars set on fire after a suitcase containing more than £750,000 disappeared.
Emma’s father Martin Rhys-Jones was recently let out of prison in the US after being sentenced to six years for fraud.
