The brother of a slain ISIS jihadist has been denied parole after he was jailed for threatening to kill a spectator at his son’s junior soccer match.
Ahmed Elomar, the brother of notorious ISIS terrorist Mohamed Elomar, appeared via audiovisual link at Campbelltown Local Court dressed in prison greens where his application for parole was dismissed on Tuesday, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The 35-year-old was applying for bail over his latest conviction after he yelled at a woman: ‘You f***ing c***. If I wasn’t wearing this bracelet, I’d f***ing kill you,’ at a children’s soccer game in 2017.

Elomar was on parole – after assaulting police in 2012 during the Hyde Park riots – and wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet when he attended the May 13 match between St Marys and Narellan in Raby, southwest Sydney.
Witness Leonie Cann told the court at his sentencing that Elomar’s words had been ‘burned into her memory’.
‘I was really shocked … he looked very aggressive,’ Ms Cann said.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges of stalking and intimidation but was found guilty and sentenced to seven months behind bars.

Elomar will not be eligible again for parole until June, 2018 and will appear before in court on March 8 for an appeal hearing.
His lawyer told the court his client suffers from dementia, as a result of his boxing days, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
His brother Mohamed Elomar is believed to have been killed fighting with Islamic State in the Middle East.
