Fiona vs David Oldfield in savage I’m A Celeb brawl

What do you get when you cross the co-founder of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation with a comedian whose son is a welfare worker?

The most brutal fight in reality TV history, it seems, with ex-politician David Oldfield set to be taken to task by Fiona O’Loughlin on Thursday’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

‘You are hideous to me! You make my skin crawl, Fiona was seen screaming in a teaser shared on the jungle survival show’s Facebook on Thursday.

Is this the most brutal fight in reality TV history? Fiona O’Loughlin lashes out at ‘hideous’ One Nation co-founder David Oldfield’s view on Aboriginal welfare in savage I’m A Celeb clash

David appeared to be arguing in favour of cutting funding for poverty-stricken Aboriginal families as the trailer opened.

Pictured seated on a dingy camp bed, he calmly stated: ‘It’s primarily my taxes that are paying for all of this.’

His comments drew the ire of the mother-of-five, who offered: ‘And it’s primarily their children that are dying prematurely.’

‘Their death and heartache, not yours!’

She rose from her bed, shown pacing up-and-down before eventually retreating during the heated tussle.

David wore a smug expression and sat idly by as the rest of the contestants watched but attempted to go about their business.

Fiona appeared to give up on trying to reason with the controversial politician, but said her son – who works with Aboriginal communities – would take him to task.

‘My son would wipe the floor with you!’ she said with a scowl.

‘I don’t have the knowledge that he does, but by hell I dare you, or challenge you to meet my son on the other side of this!’

Furious: His comments drew the ire of the mother-of-five, who offered: 'And it’s primarily their children that are dying prematurely'

‘Why would I bother?’ her opponent replied.

‘Because he knows what he’s talking about and you f**king don’t,’ Fiona offered with purpose, before walking out of frame.

With his combatant gone and the rest of the camp as audience, David continued: ‘Well you only know what your son knows, and we’re not sure what that is’.

David first rose to prominence after he was accused of having an affair with fellow One Nation founder Pauline Hanson – a claim he strenuously denies.

He clearly didn’t learn to fight from Lisa, whose most recent claim-to-fame sees her going toe-to-toe with well-heeled socialites on Real Housewives Of Sydney.
