Salma Hayek oozes glamour in floral print and black boots

She’s considered one of the most beautiful women in the world.

And Salma Hayek proved on trend as she commanded attention at the DVF Oscar Luncheon in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The 51-year-old actress was sophisticated chic in dark couture as she arrived at the celebrity filled event hosted by Diane Von Furstenberg.

Daring to impress, the Frieda star turned heads in a beautiful wardrobe that included a floral print top.

Her gorgeous gams were swathed in a long flowing black skirt that cut just above her ankles.

She accessorized the fashion forward look with a pair of high heeled leather boots and a small leather clutch.

Salma kept her trademark raven tresses long and loose as they cascaded over her petite shoulders.

The age-defying star accentuated her gorgeous features with a contoured make-up look and a dab of berry lip.

Hayek shares her daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault with husband Francois-Henri Pinault.

Earlier this month, Salma admitted to Oprah Winfrey that she felt too ashamed to come forward and talk about Harvey Weinstein’s sexual harassment at first because she didn’t want her daughter Valentina to know.

Hayek has accused the disgraced producer of sexually harassing her a number of times throughout their longstanding professional relationship – something which he vehemently denies.

The Frida star told Winfrey, 64, that she decided it was important to speak out because her pain was ‘so small’ compared to other people’s.

She said: ‘[The New York Times] contacted me to be a part of the first story and already by this contact, there was all this turmoil and I started crying when they asked and I ended up not doing it.

‘And then I felt ashamed, that I was a coward. I was supporting women for two decades but I couldn’t do this … I thought of my daughter … I thought of the shame.

‘When it came out, then I was ashamed that I didn’t speak up and then when so many women came out, it was a strange sensation. I felt like my pain was so small [compared to others]. I thought, ”There’s no point for me to talk because it happens to everyone”.’

Hayek, after declining to take part in the NYT story, later wrote a first-person piece for the newspaper detailing sexual harassment allegations against Weinstein.

The alleged harassment occurred when they were making the 2002 biopic Frida together and Hayek claimed Weinstein tried to thwart the project because she refused to grant him sexual favours.
