‘It came about because after all the years my cholesterol was high, I had gotten kind of fat,’ she explained.

‘I’d gone to have a check up when we moved to Florida and the doctor was like, ”either you need to lose 20 pounds (nine kilograms) or you need to take cholesterol medicine”.’

Travelling to Australia, Sarah underwent the same extreme diet as Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Eddie McGuire.

‘I did the Dr Liu Wellness 101 and I didn’t realise it would be as hard as it was but basically you don’t eat for 14 days,’ Sarah said.

While putting back on some of the weight, Sarah said she overall she was happy with the results.

‘As soon as you eat, they say you put two kilograms on immediately the day that you eat, which I did,’ she recalled.

‘When I left Australia I went straight to Texas, where you basically breathe you get fat, so I only put on another kilo, so I’ve kept five kilos off.’
