He was left stunned after medium John Edward revealed ‘secrets’ about Diana, Princess of Wales on Wednesday’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia.
And Thursday’s episode saw former royal butler Paul Burrell break down in tears over his emotional psychic reading with John, admitting he is now finally ready to let go of Diana.
The 59-year-old father-of-two was clearly still shaken by the encounter, confessing he would be leaving the South African jungle a changed man.

Paul was quick to thank John for his supposed spiritual insights, admitting it was now time for him to ‘move on.’
‘Now, it’s about letting go. Thank you, Mr Edward, it’s about moving on,’ he said in a jungle confessional.

Confiding in campmate Danny Green, Paul said: ‘Once you’ve been involved with someone like that, someone so iconic and someone so beautiful and you’ve loved someone so much, it’s very difficult to let go.’
Danny sympathetically replied: ‘It would be like me trying to let go of my missus.’

On Wednesday’s episode, John revealed supposed details about Diana life – the most notable being that the Princess was involved in a previously unreported vehicle accident before her fatal car crash in Paris in 1997
‘You had a friend who passed in a vehicle accident,’ John asked Paul during his psychic reading.
Paul’s interest was piqued when John asked the follow-up question: ‘Were there two car accidents?’
He continued: ‘I’m feeling like there were two car accidents – almost like one was foreshadowing and one was tragic.’
After muttering a quick, ‘No’, Paul’s head suddenly shot up in recognition and he replied emphatically: ‘Yes! You couldn’t possibly know that.’

‘She was frightened that night,’ Paul said, referring to the previously undisclosed vehicle accident.
‘She crashed her car. She couldn’t drive it. She was in the middle of nowhere. She said: “What do I do?”‘
He continued: ‘I said, “You go and lock yourself in the ladies loo in the nearest hotel and I’ll come and get you.” And I did. I went down at midnight and collected her and then rang the police and the Palace to say they can go and tow the car.’
