A pedestrian has been filmed stomping on the bonnet of an elderly man’s car in a bizarre road rage attack in the heart of Adelaide.
Witnesses said the man began kicking the doors of the Mercedes sedan on Pulteney Street at around 10am on Monday.
Footage shows the man yelling at the occupant of the car before he marches towards to the front of the vehicle.
A pedestrian has been filmed stomping on the bonnet of an elderly man’s car in a bizarre road rage attack in the heart of Adelaide
He then climbs on to the bonnet and repeatedly jumps on it as the elderly man tries in vain to stop him.
Bystanders called police who arrested a man at the scene.
Police said they responded to an altercation between a pedestrian and a motorist at around 9.45am.
A man has since been charged with property damage and assault.
