And on Tuesday, Stan Walker released a very emotional trailer which is believed to touch upon his recent battle with a near-cancer threat.
The 27-year-old singer is seen shedding a tear as he’s wheeled into surgery, stating: ‘What if I can’t sing again? This is my bread and butter.’

The famous kiwi’s documentary, titled ‘Stan’, is due to air on New Zealand’s Channel Three in March.
Stan shared the short clip ahead of its premiere, with the caption: ‘The biggest thing I think I’ve ever had to share with the world. Thank you @threenewzealand for letting me do this the way I want to & allowing me to document probably the most vulnerable time of my life. Kia ora.’

In the promotional video, Stan’s family can be seen praying for his good health, while other confronting images of his stomach and arms are seen with medical equipment and tubes.
He could be heard saying, ‘this could change everything’, before saying: ‘It’s like a curse, that’s scary of the unknown… death.’

The condition has reportedly taken the lives of more than 25 of his family members.
‘Stan’ will air in New Zealand on Three in March.
Meanwhile, Stan continued to allude to his health woes on Instagram, posting the message: ‘Soon I will show you guys whats really been happening’.
The statement was accompanied by a close-up, black-and-white photo of Stan.

The lengthy caption offered vague details of the emotional journey Stan has been on over the last nine months.
‘I have stayed quiet for a while, I’ve sat back and let many people talk. I’ve watched assumptions be turned into facts,’ he wrote.
Stan also hinted that there would be a flurry of activity from him before too long.
