This is the moment a fearless Londoner pinned a would-be thief to the ground using a ‘wrestling’ technique — while wearing his boxer shorts.
Dramatic footage from the failed theft shows vehicle’s defiant owner grappling with a helmeted man in Chelsea, west London.
The owner can be heard saying ‘you ain’t going nowhere, mate. You must be stupid’.
The suspect was said to have smashed the rear window in of the Mercedes before the owner was alerted.

A witness, whose girlfriend filmed the adrenaline-fuelled tussle, told MailOnline: ‘He was really the worst kind of guy to choose – he looked like a professional wrestler.
‘He held him down and took his helmet off and he had a balaclava on.
‘He was just screaming “let me go!”.’
The man is also heard telling the immobilised thief: ‘You picked the wrong f***ing in this street!’

The witness added: ‘The guy probably picked the worst guy on the street. He was big and stocky.
‘He had him on the ground and he did that move where he was holding him down with his legs.’
‘I have lived here for about 15 years and I think the petty street crime is getting out of control.’
The man was arrested and Met Police had been contacted for comment.
